Shipping

We use Australia Post for our shipping inside and outside Australia.  We offer standard or express postage options.  Standard delivery is guaranteed 7-10 days, with express guaranteed with 1-3 days within metropolitan areas.  It may take longer to reach you in regional areas. Postage within Australia is charged at $10 per item for standard shipping, or $15 per item for express.  Purchases over $200 will receive free standard shipping or can be shipped express for just $15 for the whole order. You will be issued with a tracking number by email so you can track your parcel until it’s delivery.

If you change your mind about your purchase and decide to return your items, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.  We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  To be accepted for return the item must be unused, and returned with all the original packaging and tags.  If you wish to return your item please contact us by email so that we can authorise your return and send you instructions.

If you have ordered the wrong size and wish to swap for the appropriate size you will be responsible for the postage back to The Tasmanian Slipper Company.  As a courtesy we will pay the postage for the correct size to be sent to you.  If you wish to return your item please contact us by email so that we can authorise your return and send you instructions.

The below prices are for International Express post service*.  We would estimate international deliveries to be received within 7-14 days of order.  We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by time spent in customs, delays caused by delivery outside of metro areas of major cities, and delays caused by reasons outside of Lake Leather’s control.  Express Delivery service includes tracking, signature on delivery, email tracking notification and SMS tracking notification. Extra cover can be arranged on request, at customers expense (this is not included in the post charges).
